NON STOP!!!

This week was non stop omgosh. So Tuesday night I got a call from president saying I'm training a brand new missionary! I was super excited!

Wednesday- I had to be at the transfer building at flippin 8:30 am to get some training on how to train lol. Then all the trainers got paired with their greenies (brand new missionaries) and I got the most FLAWLESS one there! Everyone calls us cinderella and Tianna Her name is Sister Preston and she's from Ogden UT but lived in New Zealand for most of the time! Also she's bringing in hecka miracles.

We took elder Schmidt and Reeds ysa ward (young single adult) and that means we also took their car and they are SO salty! It's hilarious.
Then we had a pass off lesson with those elders with an investigator in the ysa ward! His name is devin and he's pretty interesting!!  The elders gave us a background on Him before the lesson and told us they are trying to figure out his concern on the book of Mormon, and literally in .2 seconds into the lesson we already knew what his concern was about the book of Mormon... We were like geez, good thing the elders had to pass him on to us jk jk that's savage.

Thursday- we had a GIANT fall festival for a bunch of neighborhoods and it was the whole zones area so we all got to go and help out and it was SO fun! Sister Preston and I were in charge of a hungry hippo bounce house game thing...so basically the whole time we just yelled at kids lol. Then this random little black kid was tryna get us to dance for him, but we ended up getting him to dance for us instead and I was soooooo weak! I got a vid of it for anyone who wants to see it.

Friday- we had a potential investigator text us and he's interested in learning More! He's pretty funny, I have a screenshot of our convo! But we are excited to teach him!!!

Saturday- so we went to a car show! The whole time I was like lol Bryce will be so jealous. It was so fun tho! Then our whole zone walked forever to panda and we had to cross all the big streets and everyone and their mom was honking at us and it was this big ordeal and we get there and no one had any freaking money lol. We are so stupid. But elder morrill is a homie and bought everyone some panda then we had a bunch of ward fall festivals and parties and the members sent us with a load of food and stuff!!  πŸ½.

Sunday- we went to our ysa bishops house for ward council/breakfast and they were all super excited to have sisters! And then we went to the ward and there was a bunch of people I knew in that ward! Like this random girl I met at a cafe place in my last area one time who's preparing for a mission! Then we went to cornerstone ward and they had a primary program and y'all omgosh I was crying I was laughing so hard! There was this one lady who wouldn't let the kids in her group talk, she just did it for them and she was doing it in a hecka weird voice and sister preston and i just lost it. We were dyinggg. We seriously couldn't stop laughing..it was so bad.

Today- got my ultrasound...they wouldn't tell me anything...so we shall see. Hopefully they can tell me what is wrong with my stomach!!

My new zone calling is the p day activity coordinator so today was lit-- we played volleyball and some members brought us like 5 boxes of pizza, a bunch of cookies and salad and stuff! It was super fun! We are super excited for tomorrow because we are going out to dinner with the other sisters...probs cafe Freeo (Rio)  someone always pays for us there(#spoiled) , then as a zone we are going to the temple at 5:30 and then the other sisters are sleeping at our house again and we are going to have a fire outside and carve pumpkins! YAY

Sorry this email is long, I'm just making up for the crappy emails I've been sending!

TRANSFERS!!

This week was crazy! So the other day we had to do this weird thing with the 14 year old boys for scouts or whatever the heck it was and we had to talk about missionary work and they were being just so dumb...not surprising tho. Like, we would ask questions like what do you think missionaries do? And they would give answers like make cheap food...then we made them roll play hahaha it was so funny and awkward. They were not havin it with us. Then on the way home we were riding our bikes and I hit a fence and dented it and broke a piece of it off and crashed my bike hahah, omg it was so funny! Then some random guy pulled up and in a stupid voice he asked if I was okay and then laughed and said he got a video of it...then drove away.... Super weird.

Okay so some of the elders brought one of their investigators to district meeting (which is super weird) and we were just sitting there and elder Chadwick was like okay sisters Bischoff and Chvala are going to teach Mike! We were like uhhhhhh what??? He made us go in a room and teach him...he made us find his concern and teach him...it was so weird "roll playing" with a real legit investigator! This is actually the 2nd time we had to do that bc last week that happened to us too! Idk why they trust us to teach their gators out of all the other missionaries there

Sisters Marbery and Johnson slept over at our house last night bc today was sister johnsons birthday and transfer calls were last night...so there were 8 freaking sisters in that house lol! So I'm staying and sister chvalas leaving. She's pretty salty about it but it's okay, she'll do awesome Haha!

No new gators recently...still trying to find people to teach! Sorry my weekly emails aren't super sanctified and full of my testimony...ill try harder next time... I only have a couple more transfers to step up my game

Party week!

guys, idk what it is, but finding investigators in Gilbert AZ is so hard! Actually, I do know what it is...I'm in mini Provo Utah where everyone is already Mormon, or know what Mormons are and don't want anything to do with us.
IM SO EXCITED because we started practicing for our Christmas concert! I can't believe Christmas is in a couple of months! I feel like it was just 2 months ago that we did our last Christmas concert. Its just so weird for me to be like "yeah a year ago I did this, and that on my mission". Weird stuffs. So every Thursday we get to practice with the mission! idk if it will be as good as the last one buuuut its all good, its just fun to be with the whole mission and see all my homies that I don't really see anymore.
On Wednesday we had our zone FHA (family home afternoon) at a senior missionaries house. Omgosh it was SOOO funny! We played animal sounds for one of the games and I was dyingggg! so its a pretty stupid game, but so funny! so were all in a circle and one person is in the middle and they have to close their eyes and point somewhere and if a person is there, they clap or something to let them know hes pointing at a person, then the person in the middle says an animal and the person hes pointing has to make that animals sound, and he has to guess who's making the sound. The noises that were made that day literally still haunts me. like. i swear i didn't know people could even make that noise. Elder Adams did an animal from harry potter and we all felt like our souls were just sucked out. Then Sister Chvala had to do a donkey, and y'all.....i have never laughed so hard in my life, it was SO FUNNY! we have a video of both of them, so maybe ill send it!
Then after FHA we went over to President Wilkensons house ( hes in the 1st presidency for the mission president) and brought him a giant card that the whole mission signed. He has cancer and has been going through chemo, and its been pretty rough, so our zone went over and talked to them for a while, they are so awesome!
Then on Saturday our zone went to house of refuge!!! I LOVE that place! We helped set up for their fall festival, then the service missionaries mission president was there, and after we were done, he wanted us to all follow him to Walmart, and he gave us all assignments to get different stuff, then we all met back at his house and partied and had lunch! it was super fun! Elder Francis almost nailed a little kid in the head with a football, but other than that it was lit! 😊

Not alot to report unfortunately....

Hey y'all! These weeks just keep going by faster and faster and it's scaring the crap out of me🀀. I don't even know how it's October right now...but anyways, life is just super weird right now. We don't have anyone that we are teaching a ton, and finding people to teach in Gilbert Arizona is hard because everyone is already Mormon, and everyone else knows who Mormons are and doesn't want anything to do with us Haha! So it's really up to the members in this area to give us referrals!

I'm super excited because today our zone is going to a members house and we are going to watch the prince of Egypt in their theater room! And Desert Ridge is trying to challenge us in ultimate Frisbee, but getting nailed by a frisbee doesn't sound super fun today so we might not go.

Also. I might be dairy free too now. Actually we don't know what the heck is going on but every time I eat anything I get super sick, and it's been like that for 3 months now, but whatevz. But I'm still going to eat whatever until nurse Payne tells me what's wrong with me  gluten and dairy is way too good to give up.

Sorry this email sucks, but next week will be better because fun things are happening next week like choir practice for the Christmas concert, and fha and stuff!

Funny Stuffs...

Well this week was actually super unfortunate because my body decided it wants to be gluten free lol I've been sick for like 3 months now and I finally talked to the mission nurse and she told me that I needed to chill with gluten, but I didn't believe her, and then one day I was eating bread and my tongue was getting all itchy and stuff, then the other sisters were roasting me and laughing because I have to be gluten free now haha. So that's a fun thing I have to deal with

The other day we had a sisters training with all the sisters in the mission, and it was also sister Wheelers birthday! She's awesome, she got us all presents...for her birthday. shes a homie.
So Sister Johnson and I went on exchanges the other day, and it was probably the funniest day of my life. it was awesome though because we talked to tons of people and actually got to share the gospel a lot! we met this one guy John. John the pool guy. We were talking to him and we asked if he has ever talked to missionaries before and he said no not really, and he said he grew up going to a lot of churches, and he starts naming all the religions he hates, then he gets to Mormons and literally starts roasting them. He didn't know we were Mormon haha. And we just start talking about the restoration and hes totally agreeing and loving everything we were saying, and he said he wanted to learn more so we got his address and number to send as a referral to other missionaries. Then he starts hating on Mormons again! it was SO funny! we didn't tell him that LDS and Mormons are the same because we wanted to hear what he had to say about us poeple crack me up.
Also that night, we were biking home and we see some people on the sidewalk, but we couldn't see who it was because it was dark, and we get closer and we were like oh its the elders! (I wont give out their names) and we stopped to talk to them, and one of them was laughing SO hard, and the other elder was gone, and we were like hey wheres your comp? and he couldn't even talk because he was just laughing SO hard. Then his comp comes out from the side of the sidewalk in a ditch thing behind a wall, and he was like ohhhhh awkward, and sister Johnson was like hey what were you doing down there? were you hiding something? were you taking a pic of something? and he was like uhhhhh...and I was like omgosh (I knew exactly what he was doing down there) and she kept asking him, and I was like uhhh I'll tell ya later, and she was like how do you know what he was doing? and finally he was like...
I was peeing.. and her eyes got HUGE and then she BOOKED it! she didn't even say anything haha it was so funny! I have never in my life seen anyone bike that fast in my life! Then he had to call us for district calls and it was so funny! Poor sister Johnson was traumatized!
Conference was SO awesome! All the missionaries in the zone watched it at the stake center. Literally General Conference is like a holiday for missionaries! And in between sessions a member brought us pizza and so we just partied with each other, Highland is a really good zone
